Alain Caron - Live at the Cabaret de Montréal, 2004
2006 release. The bass master Alain Caron performing live with his band in his hometown of Montreal, Canada on May 18, 2005 at the Cabaret De Montreal. Alain plays material from several of his solo cds which he likes to call "electro-fusion-jazz". The band includes fellow UZEB alumni Jean-St Jacques, on malletkat, and keys. UZEB - Last Concert 1991
2006 release. Another fusion gem issued in celebration of UZEB's 25th anniversary, this DVD will be the only official live concert footage ever released by the band. Recorded at the Montreal Jazz Festival in 1991 this concert was beautifully filmed, recorded and mixed with state of the art facilities. Sixun - Fete Ses 20 Ans, Live at Cigale 2005
2006 release. Sixun, one of the best fusion groups to emerge from Europe celebrate their twentieth anniversary together with a live dvd. The rough English translation of the title is in fact, celebrating twenty years. Each of the French band members are incredibly well gifted and have released numerous solo projects. This concert was filmed at La Cigale, in Paris, France on September 30, 2005, also included are three songs from a concert on November 4, 1998, and additional bonus footage. Tetsuo Sakurai, Dennis Chambers, Greg Howe - Gentle Hearts 2004 Tour
2005 release. Japanese bass phenom Tetsuo Sakurai known for his work with Casiopea and Jimsaku together with Greg Howe on guitar, and Dennis Chambers on drums, with Akira Onozuka on keys, recorded live at Motion Blue in Yokohama Japan on September 5, 2004. This incredible group perform material from Tetsuo's 'Gentle Hearts' cd, which Greg and Dennis played on, and also from Greg's 'Extraction' cd, which Dennis also played on, including 'Punk Jazz' by Jaco Pastorius, and 'Proto Cosmos,' by Tony Williams Lifetime. The DVD also includes an interview, rehearsal footage, and part of the band's performance at the Jarasum Jazz Festival in Korea. This is already a contender for the Audiophile Top Ten of 2005. . Casiopea - The Mint Session 2004
2001 release. This is a Japanese all code DVD, playable on all machines featuring the band including Issei Noro, on guitar; Minoru Mukaiya, keys, both bass players, Tetsuo Sakurai, and Yoshihiro Naruse, and of course Akira Jimbo, on drums playing live in the studio. The live music segment of the DVD has a running time of 40 minutes, also included are discussions with the band which run 47 minutes, in Japanese between each track. However you can watch the music in it's entirety. Check out this rare opportunity to see the lgendary funk fusion masters of Japan live in the studio. Running Time: 87 minutes.

2002 release. Two more shows from the Casiopea Archives packaged together as a two DVD set. The first DVD 'Joia Casiopea World Tour' was recorded live in Japan, Brazil, Australia, Mexico, and the US during July-September 1988. The band: Issei Noro, guitar; Minoru Mukaiya, keys; Tetsuo Sakurai, bass; Akira Jimbo, drums; and a horn section! The second DVD, 'Made In Melbourne,' was recorded in Melbourne, Australia on February 26, 1992 and features Issei Noro, guitar; Minoru Mukaiya, keys; Yoshihiro Naruse, bass; and Masaaki Hiyama, drums. Running Time: 135 minutes.
Casiopea - Live History part 1 (Live 1985 & Perfect Live 1987)
2002 release. The funk fusion grand masters of Japan with Issei Noro on guitar; Minoru Mukaiya, keys; Tetsuo Sakurai, bass; Akira Jimbo drums, and recorded live in Japan at two different venues. The first DVD, 'Casiopea Live' features the band recorded live on April 27, 1985 in Tokyo. The second DVD, 'Casiopea Perfect Live' features Casiopea live with special guest Yuko Kusunoki, on vocals and percussion (three tracks) on December 27, 1986 in Tokyo. Running Time: 150 minutes.

2002 release. The premier funk fusion band of Japan recorded live on their 20th Anniversary on October 12, 1999 in Hibiya Yagai Ongakudo, Japan. This features their two bass players Tetsuo Sakurai, and Yoshihiro Naruse, and their two drummers, Akira Jimbo, and Noriaki Kumagai. Casiopea vs The Square - The Live!! 2004
2004 release. The second of two DVDs commemorating Casiopea's 25th anniversary. This two DVD set is a 2003 concert in Japan featuring Casiopea and another highly respected Japanese fusion band, that have been around as long as Casiopea, The Square-(also known as T-Square). This two and a half hour concert features each band performing separate sets on the first DVD, and then the 'Fusion Battle' on the second DVD. Casiopea: Issei Noro, guitar; Minoru Mukaiya, keys; Yoshihiro Naruse, bass; and Akira Jimbo, drums. 2004 release. The world reknown Japanese funk/fusion group Casiopea celebrates its 25th anniversary with the first of two new DVDs. This two DVD set is a three and a half hour career retrospective beginning with 1979 footage from the famous Roppongi Pit Inn in Japan.
